Connor has worked with USAGSO since early 2022. Connor is a rockstar on our team, both managing our finances in the Camp Zama office, as well as managing the USAGSO Girl Scout World retail shop. Connor has also been the Camp Zama Cookie Manager since 2022 and his  favorite cookie is the simple, but delicious, Trefoil.

USAGSO Girl Scout World stocks essential Girl Scout gear for girls around the world to participate in Girl Scouts, but we can’t possibly stock it all! The Girl Scout Shop, the Girl Scout flagship store in New York City (and e-commerce location in New Jersey www.girlscoutshop.com) stocks all Girl Scout merchandise and because of space, can offer more variety and sizes than USAGSO Girl Scout World.  

We encourage Girl Scouts in military communities, embassies and consulates with APO/FPO/DPO or US forwarding addresses to shop at The Girl Scout Shop based on  reduced shipping times and the added variety. Minimum purchase order applies only to online orders. Purchases at our USAGSO retail shop or community hosted pop-up shops do not have a minimum purchase order.

Don’t forget to plan ahead!  USAGSO Girl Scout World will always do its best to fill your order within 7 business days of receipt and sends orders via USPS, Japan Post.  All orders are shipped from Japan, therefore international shipping times vary. Once a shipment has been mailed, a tracking number will be provided to you, in order for you to   track your goodies!

Be aware that packages are often returned to USAGSO Girl Scout World due to inaccurate     mailing addresses. Please verify that all details are correct before submitting your order.  If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at the time of  purchase, unfortunately additional shipping costs must be absorbed by the customer

Japan Post Orders shipped via Japan post-Yu-Pack (domestic in Japan only) are insured up to 300,000 JPY.

Made a purchase that’s not what you expected? Don’t worry – we can help! We will gladly accept most USAGSO Girl Scout World purchases in their original condition and returned within 90 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at overseasshop@girlscouts.org with the following information:

• Sales order number,
• Item numbers and item descriptions being returned,
• Quantity of each item being returned,
• If an exchange is needed, please include the new items, sizes, and quantities, and make sure updated credit card information is in your profile

• All return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the individual making the return.

Refunded amounts cannot be processed until items have been received by the USAGSO Girl Scout World Shop.      Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return resulted from a USAGSO clerical error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

USAGSO Girl Scout World Shop is located on the U.S. Military installation at Camp Zama. Access is restricted to individuals with access to U.S. Military installations in Japan.  Guests are    invited to shop but will require additional notice to obtain the necessary installation privileges.
